How many times have you been given instructions by someone and after a "wild goose chase" you find they were wrong? #INCOMPETENCE

How many times have you gone to church & you could tell the preacher had not properly studied for & prepared the sermon? #INCOMPETENCE

How many times have you clearly stated your order & asked them to repeat it, and when you got your order it STILL was wrong? #INCOMPETENCE

We often see incompetence in fast food restaurants & the customer service industry but there isn't an industry untouched.

ACKNOWLEDGED INCOMPETENCE is recognizing your deficiency in a given skill UPFRONT and also your desire to improve.

BLIND INCOMPETENCE is total ignorant of your lack of ability in a certain skill. As a matter of fact, they usually think they're excelling.

There are 2 types of incompetence. BLIND INCOMPETENCE and ACKNOWLEDGED INCOMPETENCE.

When I asked the officer why he stopped me, he said, "Hold on. I'll let you know in a minute. Let me see your license."
